How do I ship instruments?

At minimal, instruments need to be in a padded envelope with a cardboard like sleeve on each side or they can be shipped in a box: same box will be shipped back to customer.

How much do you charge?

1-10 instruments: $85

11-15 instruments: $110

16-20 instruments: $135

17+ instruments: Custom quote

Do instruments need to be sterilized?

Yes, all instruments need to be sterilized according to OSHA standards.

Do you offer re-tipping?

Unfortunately no, re-tipping is not a service offered and is not recommended.

When and how do I pay?

Payment must be made in full prior to completed order being sent back to customer. The final invoice will be sent to prearranged contact when order is complete and payment is required.
